Your property is furnished

Your accommodation is not necessarily furnished
The rental revenue depends on the type of property and the number of properties you wish to put in management by Co-coon. You can opt for a fixed rent which gives you more stability, or a variable rent which depends on monthly results. Do not hesitate to contact us to discuss your project.
